Dayspring Center, a homeless emergency shelter for families is seeking a full-time Shelter Manager/Case Manager. The Shelter Manager/Case Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Emergency Shelter and oversees the provision of supportive services to residents of the shelter. The Shelter Manager/Case Manager assesses the families’ strengths and assists with goal planning. The Shelter Manager/Case Manager makes referrals and recommendations for the most appropriate housing. Bachelor’s Degree is required. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is preferred. Supervisory experience is preferred.

SHIFT SUPERVISOR JOB ANNOUNCEMENT 

Dayspring Center, a homeless emergency shelter for families is seeking part-time and on-call Shelter Shift Supervisors.  The Shelter Shift Supervisor is responsible for meeting shelter resident’s needs as well as operations of the Emergency Shelter during the assigned shift.  The Shelter Shift Supervisor conducts intakes, provides structure, information and security for the families.  Must have a desire to work with people with diverse backgrounds and challenging situations.  Flexibility is a must.
